Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present company products/services to potential clients and address inquiries.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to support client needs.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
