Roles and Responsibilities
:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, and networking.
Follow up on inquiries and leads received via the company's website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Counseling & Sales Conversion
Understand the educational background and requirements of prospective students.
Provide detailed information on UG/PG courses, admission procedures, and career prospects.
Persuade and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counseling.
CRM Management
Maintain and update the student database using CRM tools.
Track communication history, follow-ups, and feedback for all leads.
Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Market Research
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
Handle post-enrollment queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of the enrollment process.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in B2C sales, preferably in the
edtech or education sector
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willing to work from office (Noida) full-time, 6 days a week.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
