We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic relationship management.
What You'll Do
Generate and convert leads through calls, networking, and digital marketing follow-ups
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and manage full sales cycles
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with marketing teams on proposals and customized client solutions
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Manage CRM, attend industry events, and report on performance metrics
Guide internal teams and explore new business verticals
What We Need
Education: Bachelor's in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
Experience: 2-3 years in business development or sales with proven results
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
Tech: Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, Zoom, Google Meet
