We are looking for a dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The primary responsibility is to convert leads into sales after our online and offline workshops and demo sessions. This role requires strong sales skills, follow-up strategies, and relationship-building abilities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Conversion:

Follow up with leads generated from workshops and demo sessions, nurturing them into paying customers.

Sales Execution:

Conduct one-on-one sales calls, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.

Follow-Up & Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns.

Consultative Selling:

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses, training programs, or services.

CRM Management:

Maintain and update lead details, interactions, and sales status in the CRM system.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about our training programs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and training teams to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to follow up effectively and handle objections professionally. Experience in selling educational or business training programs is a plus.
