Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
Follow up with leads generated from workshops and demo sessions, nurturing them into paying customers.
Sales Execution:
Conduct one-on-one sales calls, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Consultative Selling:
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses, training programs, or services.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update lead details, interactions, and sales status in the CRM system.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about our training programs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and training teams to improve the sales process and customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to follow up effectively and handle objections professionally.
Experience in selling educational or business training programs is a plus.
