We are a growing IT services company specializing in web & mobile app development, AI solutions and custom software development. We are looking for a motivated professional who can help us acquire new clients and projects through various platforms and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
Identify relevant projects and submit high-conversion proposals.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold email, and networking groups.
Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Required Skills
2-3 years of proven experience in business development on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
Knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, and SaaS platforms.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good to Have
Own Upwork/Fiverr profile with a track record of closed deals.
Experience in using CRM tools for lead tracking.
Understanding of digital marketing for client acquisition.
