Job Overview

LevelApp is looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about changing the way millions of children learn. He/she schedules and conducts structured counseling sessions. Through this session, the executive analyses a student's needs and helps him/her buy the right subscription package. Business Development Executives at LevelApp are enthusiastic about bringing a change in the field of education. They take independent, well-informed decisions based on their insight into ground reality. Key Responsibilities:
Advise students/parents on their learning needs through structured counselling sessions.
Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.
Understand Customer profiles & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods.
Create the need for smart learning and advise student-parent to buy LevelApp subscriptions as a solution.
Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue.
Learn/Upgrade one's own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed the growing sales target(s).
Providing pricing and contract support by providing high-quality and competitive proposals.
Qualifications:
Sound knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal skills, including ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
