Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships, expanding our network, and creating new business opportunities through seminars, webinars, and collaborative events with colleges and universities. This role requires proactive outreach, strategic planning, and the ability to convert connections into qualified leads, ultimately contributing to the firm's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Institutional Outreach:

Identify, research, and contact colleges, universities, and educational institutions to introduce our EdTech solutions and propose collaboration opportunities.

Event Coordination:

Plan, schedule, and execute seminars, webinars, and campus events to promote our courses, training programs, and career development offerings.

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads from institutional partnerships, student engagement, and academic networks.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, faculty members, placement officers, and student communities.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and track industry trends in education and technology.

Brand Promotion:

Represent the company in educational events, career fairs, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Follow-up & Conversion:

Maintain a structured follow-up process with prospective institutions and leads, ensuring timely communication and conversions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional materials and with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.

Performance Tracking:

Prepare and present regular reports on outreach activities, event outcomes, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Continuous Improvement:

Suggest and implement innovative ideas to expand the firm's network and strengthen lead pipelines.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech or education sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork and travel. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
