Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: This involves researching market trends, identifying potential clients, and developing strategies to acquire new business. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: BDEs nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction. Negotiating Contracts and Agreements: They are responsible for negotiating favorable terms with clients and partners to maximize profitability. Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: BDEs create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Analyzing Market Trends and Competitor Activity: Understanding the competitive landscape and market dynamics is crucial for identifying opportunities and adapting strategies. Collaborating with Internal Teams: BDEs work with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals. Preparing and Delivering Presentations: They present the company's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value proposition. Managing the Sales Pipeline: BDEs track leads, manage the sales process, and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales activities. Attending Industry Events and Networking: They represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to build relationships and generate leads. Meeting and Exceeding Sales Targets: Ultimately, BDEs are responsible for achieving their assigned sales quotas and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company
