We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Client Acquisition:
Approach and engage potential clients, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into customers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting:
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demands.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.
Experience:
2 - 5 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
