Job Summary:



Cloud4Things is seeking a motivated and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our team. This role is critical to expanding our presence in the

real estate and gated community sectors

, focusing on

lead generation, market scouting, and delivering impactful product demonstrations

. The ideal candidate will drive the growth of our energy and power management solutions, helping to position Cloud4Things as a trusted partner for digital transformation in energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:



Identify and target potential clients, including real estate developers, builders, gated communities, and facility management firms. Build a strong sales pipeline through online research, networking, referrals, and on-site visits.

Scouting & Market Research:



Gather intelligence on new developments, infrastructure projects, and industry trends. Analyze competitor offerings to strengthen Cloud4Things' market positioning.

Client Engagement & Product Demonstrations:



Schedule and lead product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Clearly communicate the technical and commercial value of our solutions.

Sales Coordination:



Work closely with technical and sales teams to create proposals, quotations, and customized presentations. Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term customers.

Relationship Management:



Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate and construction ecosystem. Serve as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact after initial engagement.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in business development or technical B2B sales, preferably in power systems or energy solutions. Familiarity with real estate development and infrastructure projects. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel locally for meetings, demos, and site assessments. Proactive and self-driven approach to sales and relationship management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?600,000.00 per year
