About the Role
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and go-getter Business Development Executive to join our
Travel & Vacations division. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into business. Experience in travel
sales and corporate tie-ups is essential.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and develop new business opportunities for domestic and international travel
packages, Visa, Air tickets and Insurance.
? Generate leads through corporate visits, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and
vendors.
? Understand client requirements and propose customized travel solutions.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Coordinate with internal teams for ticketing, operations, and service delivery.
? Keep updated knowledge of destinations, travel guidelines, and industry trends.
? Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
? Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up logs.
? If required ,need to assist with Group tours
Skills & Competencies
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Smart, proactive, and target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
? Proven experience in travel sales or holiday package sales.
? Ability to manage pressure and handle multiple client requirements efficiently.
? Knowledge of travel portals, GDS (preferred), and booking systems.
? Professional presentation and client-handling skills.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or
equivalent.
? 2-5 years of relevant experience in the travel or tourism industry.
