CNearMe Global Holidays is a growing travel brand offering Domestic and International Holiday Packages, Customized Itineraries, Corporate Travel Solutions, Education Tours, Hotel Bookings, Visa Assistance, and Complete Travel Management Services.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic

Business Development Executive

to boost our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Sales Development



Identify potential clients through calls, networking, online platforms, and B2B channels. Generate leads from various sources: social media, travel fairs, exhibitions, and partnerships. Work on inbound travel inquiries and convert them into confirmed business.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building



Present travel solutions to customers and understand their requirements. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Offer personalized itineraries, holiday packages, and travel options.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth



Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promote domestic and international tour packages, hotel deals, and travel products. Upsell and cross-sell services such as sightseeing, insurance, visas, and upgrades.

4. Coordinating With Operations & Vendors



Coordinate with hotel suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and transport providers. Ensure availability, rates, and itinerary feasibility before closing sales. Provide accurate cost sheets and profit margins.

5. Proposal & Itinerary Preparation



Create itineraries, travel plans, and quotations for customers. Ensure all inclusions/exclusions are clearly mentioned. Share travel vouchers and necessary documentation with the operations team.

6. CRM & Reporting



Maintain updated customer information in CRM. Track lead status, follow-ups, and closures. Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis



Stay updated on new travel trends, destinations, visas, airline offers, and pricing. Analyze competitor packages and pricing to improve company offerings.

Skills & Competencies Required



Technical Skills



Knowledge of domestic & international destinations Experience preparing travel itineraries & costings Familiarity with hotel bookings, DMCs, and travel platforms Basic understanding of visas and documentation MS Office / CRM tools knowledge

Sales & Communication Skills



Excellent verbal & written communication Customer-first approach Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales Strong lead follow-up discipline High responsiveness and service orientation

Behavioral Skills



Target-driven and self-motivated Pleasant personality and positive attitude Strong problem-solving ability Time management & multitasking skills

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree (Any stream) Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Tourism & Travel 1-3 years of experience in travel sales / business development Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply
