Role Overview
We are looking for a Self-
driven and polished Business Development Executive
to grow our
Corporate Premium Gifting
business. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering customized gifting solutions that align with client branding and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is
strategic, customer-focused, and confident in corporate interactions
, with the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close
new corporate business opportunities
in the premium gifting segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate clients, HR teams, procurement heads, and decision-makers
.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to offer
customized gifting solutions
.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.
Prepare and present
professional proposals, quotations, and pitch decks
to clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from
lead generation to order closure and post-sale follow-up
.
Track sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline updates through structured reporting.
Represent the brand professionally at
corporate meetings, networking events, and client visits
.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Business Development / Corporate Sales / B2B Sales.
Experience in
corporate gifting, luxury products, retail B2B, or premium brands
is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of
corporate buying behaviour and relationship-driven sales
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High level of professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
