Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive
to support the company's growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales strategies. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive, fast-paced business environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present company products and services to customers effectively.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute growth strategies.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable business solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.
Support negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (freshers may apply).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
