Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with experience in inside sales and insurance calling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients. Identify business opportunities and generate new sales through inbound and outbound sales efforts. Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and product offerings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in inside sales, particularly within the insurance industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines effectively. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
