Business Development Executive - Corporate Sales



Location:

Anna Nagar, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:



Identify new business opportunities in corporate offices, tech parks, institutions, and food courts for Chai cafes, pantries, and kiosks Build relationships with Facility Management, Admin, HR, and Leasing teams Conduct site visits, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals Maintain BD pipeline, follow-ups, and closure reports Coordinate with Projects, Operations, and Fit-Out teams post-approval Represent the brand at corporate meetings and networking events

Candidate Profile:



Experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales / Hospitality Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-driven and capable of handling end-to-end sales conversations Fluent in English;

Tamil preferred

, Hindi is a plus Energetic, well-presented, and goal-oriented
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?31,232.00 - ?35,323.00 per month

Work Location: In person
