The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by building relationships with universities, institutions, and corporate partners, promoting Immersia's programs, and supporting revenue generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with universities, colleges, and institutional partners
Promote global immersion programs, study tours, and international collaborations
Handle client inquiries, presentations, and regular follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for program planning and execution
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to partnership development
Maintain client data, reports, and progress updates
Requirements:
candidates with 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or education consulting
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Result-oriented and capable of working independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and improve program positioning
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Knowledge of the education, travel, or international programs sector is an advantage
