Identify and generate leads from startups, freelancers, SMEs, corporates, and remote teams
Pitch co-working space solutions (hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, virtual offices)
Conduct site visits, space tours, and client presentations
Convert walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals into memberships
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with members and corporate clients
Understand client workspace needs and propose customized plans
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
Ensure member satisfaction to improve retention and renewals
3. Partnerships & Alliances
Develop partnerships with startups, incubators, accelerators, colleges, and business communities
Tie up with real estate agents, HR firms, and IT service providers for referrals
Collaborate with event organizers, trainers, and consultants to increase footfall
4. Market Research & Strategy
Research local market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy rates
Identify new business opportunities and target industries
Suggest pricing models, membership plans, and promotional offers
Analyze demand to improve space utilization
5. Marketing & Promotion Support
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for lead campaigns
Promote co-working space through social media, networking events, and meetups
Organize open houses, startup events, workshops, and community activities
Support branding and visibility initiatives
6. Revenue Growth & Occupancy Management
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Improve occupancy rate and reduce vacant desks/offices
Upsell services like meeting rooms, conference halls, lockers, parking, and virtual offices
Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
7. Corporate & Enterprise Sales
Pitch managed office solutions to corporates and large teams
Handle long-term lease agreements and enterprise contracts
Customize office layouts and services as per client requirements
8. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and client records
Track inquiries, conversions, and revenue performance
Prepare MIS reports for management review
9. Community Engagement Support
Work with community managers to enhance member experience
Encourage referrals from existing members
Collect feedback to improve services and offerings
