Role Overview
Discover Work Space is looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Business Development Executive
with relevant experience in
coworking / B2B space sales
. The primary responsibility of this role is to
drive occupancy
by bringing in the right mix of clients for our centres, and secondarily to
identify collaboration and takeover opportunities
with other coworking spaces to bring them under the Discover Work Space brand.?
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Occupancy Growth (Primary)
Generate qualified leads for private offices, and managed office solutions through research, networking, referrals.?
Own and drive occupancy targets for the centre(s), ensuring optimal seat utilization with the right client mix.?
Conduct walkthroughs, space tours, and client meetings; understand client size, budget, and use-case, and suggest the most suitable workspace solution.?
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and keep an updated tracker/CRM of all inquiries, visits, and conversions.?
in the city that can be partnered with, managed, or taken over under the Discover Work Space brand.?
Initiate conversations with owners/operators, understand their challenges, and propose collaboration or management models.?
Support the management team in due diligence, basic feasibility checks, and relationship building with partner spaces.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients, from first inquiry to post-onboarding.?
Understand client requirements deeply and work with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.?
Regularly check in with existing clients to identify upsell, renewal, and referral opportunities.?
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure commitments made during sales are delivered smoothly.?
Prepare and present weekly reports on leads, closures, occupancy, and pipeline.?
Stay updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and new centres opening in the city.?
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; MBA is an added advantage.?
1-5 years of experience
in
business development / sales
, preferably in: Coworking / managed office spaces
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently speak with founders, decision-makers, and property owners.?
Comfort with targets, and relationship-driven selling.?
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.?
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
