We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
who can join immediately. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting company growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, emails, and field visits
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in business development or sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build client relationships
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
Education Qualification
Any Graduate (Marketing / Business / Management preferred)
