The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the company's revenue growth through effective sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present and promote company products and services to potential customers
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Participate in meetings, client visits, and business events as required
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience
in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on results
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel as required
