We are looking for a dynamic

Business Development Executive

to drive global client acquisition, and support pricing, marketing, and growth initiatives. The role focuses on Global sales, lead generation, market intelligence, and CRM management, while coordinating internally for export-related sales documentation (not end-to-end export operations).

Roles & Responsibilities:



1. Global Sales & Client Acquisition:



Identify and onboard global buyers and clients through networking, digital platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach. Generate and qualify export-related leads and build a strong customer pipeline. Handle buyer communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship management.

2. Sales Documentation & Export Coordination:



Coordinate internally for sales-related export documents such as quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and contracts. Work closely with operations/logistics teams to ensure sales commitments align with export feasibility. Maintain clarity on INCOTERMS during pricing discussions and buyer communication.

3. Pricing Strategy & Negotiation:



Support price negotiation with global buyers based on market conditions, cost inputs, and margin expectations. Assist in developing and refining pricing strategies for different markets and customer segments. Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy.

4. Market Research & Opportunity Analysis:



Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and buyer behaviour. Identify new markets, product opportunities, and growth areas. Share insights and recommendations with management for strategic planning

5. Marketing, Promotions & Brand Visibility:



Create and manage marketing content for LinkedIn, social media platforms, and company pages. Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and awareness initiatives. Coordinate digital posts, basic creatives, and content calendars (in-house or with designers). Participate in business events, trade fairs, B2B networking meets, and online forums. Build long-term partnerships and generate follow-up opportunities

6. CRM, Dashboards & Reporting:



Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, prospects, buyers, and sales stages. Prepare periodic sales and growth reports for management review. Build and maintain dashboards for: Lead pipeline, Conversion tracking, Market performance.

7. Vendor & Supplier Coordination:



Support domestic supplier identification based on product demand and sales requirements. Coordinate with suppliers for pricing inputs, availability, and timelines relevant to sales planning. Maintain supplier-related data for sales and costing analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:



3 - 4 years of experience in global sales, export sales support, or global business development. Experience in food, FMCG, trading, or export-oriented companies is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in

Global Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.

Good understanding of

INCOTERMS, global pricing, and trade fundamentals

Hands-on experience with

CRM tools, dashboards, Excel / Google Sheets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and leadership teams.

Based on your skills and experience, your position, roles and responsibilities will be upscaled or downgraded.
