Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify new clients, source leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement business growth strategies, conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitors to find opportunities.

Sales & Negotiation:

Deliver presentations, craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

Nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align strategies and develop effective solutions.

Market Expertise:

Maintain deep knowledge of company products/services, industry trends, and customer needs.

Reporting:

Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs to senior management.

Networking:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Core Skills:

Strong Sales & Negotiation Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) Market Research & Analytical Skills Relationship Building & Networking Strategic Thinking Proficiency with CRM software
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
