Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, preferably in IT, digital, or consulting sectors.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both onsite and remote environments.
4. Proficiency with CRM software and business development tools.
