to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and skilled in converting leads into successful business deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
Pitch company services and solutions to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to close deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and maintain CRM entries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend client meetings, demos, and presentations when required.
Support marketing team in lead generation activities and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
as a
Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand IT services, software solutions, and digital products (preferred).
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales follow-ups.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, digital marketing, software development, or SaaS sales.
Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.
