Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building high-level client relationships, identifying new markets, and expanding business in packaging solutions across India and overseas.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as FMCG, pharma, food & beverage, personal care, and chemicals Lead end-to-end business development from lead generation to closing deals Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients Collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

2+ years

of experience in business development/sales in the

packaging or manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of

PET, Glass, and HDPE packaging materials and applications

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven track record in client acquisition and B2B sales Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions

Language Requirements:
