About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive
with strong sales and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client interaction, and sales conversions. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our education and FMCG-related solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through various channels.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and follow-ups.
Perform field visits when required (20%).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Business Development, Inside Sales, Banking, or FMCG sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in sales and lead generation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
