Client Relationship:
Build strong, long-term relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, and management committees.
Solution Presentations:
Conduct engaging presentations, product demos, and hands-on workshops for school decision-makers and teachers.
Sales Growth:
Achieve enrollment and sales targets by converting leads into active school partnerships.
Market Expansion:
Research and map schools in targeted geographies to generate qualified leads.
Workshops & Events:
Organize STEAM exhibitions, competitions, and teacher orientation programs to showcase value to schools.
Feedback Loop:
Gather feedback from schools to improve offerings and share market insights with the product and curriculum teams.
Reporting:
Maintain updated records of school contacts, leads, and sales pipeline through CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or school outreach (EdTech/education background preferred).
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand school needs and align them with STEAM solutions.
Passion for education, technology, and innovation.
Willingness to travel to schools across regions.
