Job Summary



We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven

Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience

in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales



Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery Build long-term strategic partnerships to generate continuous business

Market Research & Strategy



Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic planning Assist in creating sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans

Collaboration & Reporting



Work with marketing teams on campaigns and lead-generation activities Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, finance) to support business goals Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2 years of experience

in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition

Willing to travel 100%

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
