We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and fuel the company's growth in the dynamic software development sector.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market share for our innovative software solutions and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive market research to identify potential new markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Actively seek out and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, referrals, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare compelling, tailored business proposals and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support teams, to ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings.
Skills
Excellent communication skills
A good understanding of software development processes, IT solutions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
