The Sales tele-caller shall be responsible to handle the leads.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
Cold calling.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers to identify more referrals.
Identifying sales opportunities.
Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into sales.
Communicating courteously with customers over the phone.
Updating customer details.
Closing sales deals.
Good communication skills. Ability to explain and convince customers on calls.

Work Experience:
Should have minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience in Voice process
Should have experience in Tele calling, Customer Care or taking calls - Outbound & Inbound. (Voice process)
Should have experience handling MIS or strong experience with MS excel, MS word
Immediate Joiners or Max 30 days Notice period preferred
Language preferred - English & Tamil

Week Off : 6 days working & 1 day week off.
