The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for the company's real estate projects. The role involves client interaction, lead generation, property presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct site visits, explain project features, and address client queries.
Manage and follow up on leads received through various marketing channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
Maintain a strong knowledge of current market trends, competitors, and upcoming real estate projects.
Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and follow-up data.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in real estate sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for site visits).
