Job Summary
To establish a network with doctors towards positioning our desired products across Orthopedics/Cosmo/Derma/IVF.
Identifying and selling to individuals, Hospitals, clinics, and buying groups across Coimbatore and Kerala
Developing trusted customer relationships by anticipating customer needs.
Providing technical assistance to surgeons.
A bridge between KOL's and Management.
Main Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing :
Achieve sales, marketing, and financial objectives for relevant products.
Sales of product within approved price range.
Advice on maintenance of inventory levels so that the company and customer expectations are met.
Develop new initiatives to grow sales and profit lines.
Promote maximum usage of the company's product on all systems in given customer sites.
Responsible for coordinating between customers and other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent market knowledge of all major prospects and local competitor activities and report this information to the sales manager and marketing team
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Degree in B Pharm, Medical Representatives, Health Care, Biotech, Lifescience.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with proven track records in ortho/rehab/pain/ implant/ cosmo/derma
Proven ability to drive business plans and achieve company goals.
A result-oriented and aggressive salesperson.
Knowledge of the "Sale Process".
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
