Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Doctor Relationship Management

Identify and develop relationships with doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners for patient referrals. Regularly visit doctors to update them on hospital services, specialties, new facilities, and doctors onboarded. Maintain a referral database and ensure consistent communication.

Referral Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly referral targets. Track referral sources and analyze trends to strengthen referral programs. Ensure a smooth referral process for doctors and patients.

Marketing & Promotion

Promote hospital departments, doctors, and new treatments to referring physicians. Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meets, and networking events. Distribute marketing materials like brochures, pamphlets, and service updates.

Coordination & Support

Coordinate between doctors, hospital departments, and patient service teams to ensure excellent referral handling. Provide timely updates to referring doctors about patient status when required. Support hospital management in strategic planning for referral programs.

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain daily visit reports and referral tracking sheets. Share market intelligence about competitor activities and doctor feedback. Submit periodic performance reports to management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
