Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
