Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Executive

who will be responsible for

expanding our brand presence among colleges and corporate partners

. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a drive to build strong industry connections.

Key Responsibilities:College Outreach & Branding



Visit colleges, universities, and institutions to promote Marygro Learning's programs. Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions to increase student engagement. Build and maintain relationships with placement officers, HODs, and faculty members. Identify partnership opportunities for campus training programs and placements.

Corporate Relationship Management



Identify and connect with companies for

hiring partnerships

and

corporate tie-ups

. Understand corporate skill requirements and align training programs accordingly. Maintain ongoing relationships with HRs and hiring managers to create job opportunities for trained candidates. Represent Marygro Learning at industry events, job fairs, and networking meets.

Business Growth



Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to college tie-ups and corporate partnerships. Gather market insights and competitor information to support strategic planning. Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile:



0-3 years Exp Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. Willingness to travel extensively for college and corporate visits. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Prior experience in education sales, campus relations, or business development will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
