As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, market research capabilities, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Pitch products/services to potential clients and follow up consistently.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on client needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and present business proposals and sales reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in handling client meetings and presentations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
