Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive growth for our software development services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of the tech industry and a knack for strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and referrals

-Build and maintain client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions

-Collaborate with technical teams on proposals, pitches, and pricing strategies

-Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with consistent follow-ups and CRM updates

-Stay informed on industry trends and competitors via events and webinars

-Analyze sales data to assess performance and refine strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software

-Understanding of software development life cycle and tech solutions is a strong advantage
