Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and present company offerings effectively. Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and conversions.

Requirements:



Proven experience in tele-sales or business development. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
