Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
to convert inquiries into clients, build strong relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from prospective clients
Convert leads into sales by identifying client needs
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
Keep accurate records using CRM tools
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field / B.Eor B.tech
0-5 years' experience in inside sales / customer service (education or research field preferred)
Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
