About the Role:



We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing IT solutions team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our software, web, and digital solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the IT/software sector.
Promote IT services such as software development, web solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of IT products and services. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹4,00,000 - 5,00,000 LPA

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
