1. Actively engage in both inbound and outbound sales processes to convert leads into
clients.
2. Initiate, manage, and sustain professional conversations with potential clients to
understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
3. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging
business opportunities and trends.
4. Qualify and nurture leads generated through various channels, ensuring a robust sales
pipeline.
5. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain detailed records of interactions
and sales progress.
6. Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation as
required.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
post-conversion.
8. Share regular feedback and insights with the management to refine sales strategies
and market approach.
