Job Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with prospective clients through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-ups, and industry networking.
Conduct engaging and informative
software demonstrations
tailored to client needs.
Understand customer requirements and align them with product capabilities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional documentation including proposals, use cases and responses to RFPs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
Assist in creating training materials, onboarding guides, and client-specific documentation.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to support long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay client feedback and contribute to positioning strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Technology or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in B2B software sales, business development, or presales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and confidently.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to client engagement.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, PPT, Spreadsheet etc.
A self-starter with excellent organizational abilities and a customer-first attitude.
