Roles and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, generate interest, and schedule appointments.
Inbound Calls:
Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations.
Sales:
Promoting products or services, handling objections, and converting leads into sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Information Management:
Accurately recording customer interactions, updating databases, and documenting call details.
Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales quotas.
Product Knowledge:
Staying updated on product/service information, features, and benefits.
Complaint Resolution:
Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration:
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Reporting:
Providing regular updates on call activity, sales progress, and other relevant data.
