Marketing & Promotion

Design and implement marketing campaigns (offline and online) to attract students and professionals. Promote training programs through social media, email campaigns, posters, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Coordinate and participate in educational fairs, industrial expos, campus drives, and seminars.
2.

Lead Generation & Follow-up

Generate leads through digital platforms, campus visits, and cold calling. Regular follow-up with potential students or clients via calls, emails, and visits. Maintain a CRM or lead tracker for managing inquiries and conversions.
3.

Institutional & Industrial Tie-ups

Visit engineering colleges and polytechnics to create awareness about automation training. Build partnerships with industries for employee training or internship placements. Coordinate with placement departments and HRs for B2B training programs.
4.

Content Creation & Branding

Create brochures, posters, banners, and content for social media and website. Prepare video testimonials, course previews, and case studies. Improve institute's online presence (SEO, Google reviews, blog posts, etc.).
5.

Customer Relationship Management

Handle inquiries professionally and explain course details clearly. Counsel students on course selection based on their career goals. Collect feedback from trainees and maintain a strong alumni network.
6.

Sales & Target Achievement

Convert leads into admissions or enrollments. Work to meet monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing activities.

Pay: ?15,194.55 - ?30,235.82 per month
