Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a field-based role, requiring regular visits to clients and prospects

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into customers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Conduct market research and competitor analysis Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery Provide regular updates on field activities and sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience

in Business Development or Sales Proven experience in

field sales / field work

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
