Analyze regional market trends, competitors, and student preferences.
Provide actionable insights to fine-tune business and marketing strategies.
4. Counseling & Conversion
Offer personalized counseling to students and parents.
Support them through the course selection and enrollment process to ensure successful conversions.
5. Revenue Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
Contribute directly to the organization's financial and strategic growth.
6. Events & Promotions
Organize and attend education fairs, workshops, and community outreach events.
Boost brand presence and visibility through local initiatives.
7. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and sales using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements
Master's degree in
Business Administration

Marketing
, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in

sector.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
Tamil and English
