Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products, AMC contracts, and repair services (laptops, desktops, printers, networking, etc.).
Generate leads through field visits, calls, emails, and online platforms.
Visit corporate offices, small businesses, and retail clients to promote IT sales and service solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with technical and repair teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and client feedback.
Stay updated on IT products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive in IT sales or IT services.
Knowledge of computers, laptops, networking, and IT repair services is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Valid driving license (if field sales is required).
