Build and manage strong customer and partner relationships to promote loyalty programs.
Drive target achievements and share periodic performance insights.
Coordinate with
marketing, sales, and operations teams
for smooth program execution.
Represent company at events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in B2C/B2B Sales / Relationship Management / Field Engagement. (Sales)
Preferred Industries
: EdTech, Real Estate, Lifestyle, or Hospitality
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident with HNIs, families, and premium customers.
Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable with extensive travel.
Knowledge of referral and loyalty program concepts is an advantage.
Work Schedule: Weekend working is mandatory (Week off on Monday or Tuesday).
