About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive
to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through
B2B sales, lead generation, and consultative selling
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through
cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals
.
Conduct
product presentations, demos, and training
to potential and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through
effective pipeline management
.
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence
to identify new growth opportunities.
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
Graduate in
Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce
or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition
(Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits in the Thane/Mumbai region.
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
